Saturday May 18, Vipiteno (BZ): Hofer Market’s 50 aniversary with Zýmē wines

To celebrate 50 years from its first opening Hofer Market, the historical great wine shop and delikatessen with Italian and Sudtirol products, has organized on May special events and tastings.

Saturday May 18th from 10,00 to 6,00 Celestino is attending one of these special tasting events together with 13 other Northitalian producers. Here follow the wines picked for such special occasion:  From Black to White, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Oseleta, Amarone Classico and Harlequin, current vintages more a couple of older ones that we can’t wait tasting with you!

Why Zyme?

The name Zýmē, from Greek, means “yeast.” Yeast is, of course, an indispensible element in the world of oenology, but it also bears a symbolic meaning, since it conjures up the concept of naturalness, a fundamental value in Celestino Gaspari’s professional and existential journey, as well as the process of fermenting, understood as a continuous striving towards transformation.In harmony with that philosophy, the winery logo represents a grapevine leaf in which is centred a pentagon, symbol of the five basic elements that combine to yield wine: man-vine-earth-sun-water.
